Payment terms, invoicing schedules, and any recurring fees for ongoing services are set out in your service agreement. Late payments may result in a pause of active work until the account is brought current.
Either party may terminate an active engagement per the notice terms in the signed service agreement. These website Terms of Service remain in effect for as long as you access or use the site.
SiteAndSearch is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
