Our Approach to Refunds

Because every engagement is scoped around real project work (design hours, development, research, content, and strategy), refund eligibility depends on how much work has already been delivered against the signed agreement.

Website Design & Development Projects

Deposits secure your place in our project schedule and cover initial discovery and planning work, so deposits are generally non-refundable once work has started. If a project is cancelled mid-build, you’re billed for work completed to date and refunded any unearned balance.

SEO & Ongoing Services

Monthly SEO, content, and AI-search retainers are billed in advance for that month’s work. Because strategy, research, and execution begin immediately, fees for the current billing period are non-refundable once work has started. You can cancel future months at any time per your service agreement’s notice terms.

Requesting a Refund

If you believe you’re owed a refund under the terms above, email us with your invoice number and project name. We review every request individually and respond within 5 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

• Third-party costs already paid on your behalf (domains, hosting, premium plugins, licensed stock assets)
• Completed strategy, audit, or research deliverables already provided
• Deposits on cancelled projects where discovery work has begun
